By downloading, installing, or using the Farm Management app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SurajS. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Farm Management is a mobile application that helps farmers manage labour, tasks, crop schedules, payments, and generate reports. The app works offline with optional cloud sync via Firebase.

3. User Account

• You must create an account to use cloud sync features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Upload malicious code or interfere with app functionality
• Use the app to harass, defame, or harm others

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all farm data you enter into the app. By enabling Cloud Sync, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the sync service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Farm Management app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SurajS and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Data will never be lost (always maintain local backups)
• The app will meet all your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurajS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
