This Privacy Policy describes how SurajS collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Farm Management Android app (com.shejal.farmapp).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information (Firebase Authentication)

Email address (Email/Password sign-in)
Display name and profile picture URL (Google Sign-In only)
Unique Firebase UID

Farm Data (User-Generated, stored locally and optionally synced)

Labour names, categories, and wage rates
Task assignments, crop categories, and schedules
Payment records and notes
Crop and inventory data you enter

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and secure your account
To store and sync your farm data across devices (only when Cloud Sync is enabled)
To display your data within the app

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local: SQLite on your device. Data never leaves without your consent.
Cloud: Firebase Firestore (encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest).
Auth: Firebase Authentication. Your password is never visible to us.

4. Third-Party Services

No advertising SDKs or analytics trackers are used.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties, except as required by law.

6. Data Deletion

To delete your account and all cloud data, contact us at the email below. Requests are processed within 30 days. Local data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
